How I can support you through your Postpartum journey
Nourish Yourself

A Prenatal visit, including Postpartum planning and Prenatal yoga session to help you feel relaxed and supported going into your birth and postpartum period

Postpartum care for 3 weeks, where I will visit you at home to support, guide, nurture and nourish you through this special and profound transition in your life

This includes: In home care, 1 x4 hour session per week for 3 weeks- tailored to you and your needs (including cooking a nourishing meal and snacks with each visit)

Phone and text support for those 3 weeks postpartum

During my visits I will ensure you are warm and fed, you feel supported physically and emotionally, you are set up with the support you need when I am not physically around.

Postpartum planning session before your baby is born

Pregnancy yoga/ relaxation session to help you feel relaxed and supported going into your birth and postpartum period

Nourish and heal gift pack- including special lactation tea, healing herbal bath mix, organic chocolate, nipple cream, a postpartum recipe book and more

Belly binding for support and comfort

Postpartum care for 6 weeks, where I will visit you at home to support, guide, nurture and nourish you through this special and profound transition in your life.
